Our Founder
Lucy Campbell is an award‑winning Early Careers Recruitment and Development Leader with 16 years of experience designing and delivering strategies that attract, recruit, and develop top early talent.
Most recently, she served as International Head of Early Careers at a leading international law firm, leading a team across five countries and winning the ISE Award for Best Early Careers Strategy and Target Jobs’ Best Social Mobility Strategy in 2024. Prior to this, Lucy held senior leadership roles in early talent at Deloitte, where she oversaw hiring for 1,750 graduate roles.
Lucy is passionate about empowering the next generation of talent and sharing her knowledge and experience.
