About the Founder
Meet Lucy Campbell
Lucy is an award‑winning Early Careers leader with 16 years of experience building high‑performing early talent strategies for global organisations.
As International Head of Early Careers at DLA Piper, she led teams across five countries and delivered industry‑leading results, winning the 2024 ISE Award for Best Early Careers Strategy and Target Jobs’ Award for Best Social Mobility Strategy.
Previously, Lucy served as UK Early Careers Head of Operations at Deloitte, responsible for 1,750 graduate hires annually and driving operational excellence across the early talent lifecycle. Her earlier work at KPMG focused on attraction, candidate experience, and forging strategic partnerships with universities and professional bodies.
She is a Governor of St Aloysuis College in Glasgow.
Lucy is passionate about empowering the next generation and recognises the need for real‑world insight, strengths‑based guidance and practical support for young people. In response to this she established The Employability Academy to bridge the gap between education and the world of work. It aims to help schools, families and employers work together to build confident, capable young people ready to thrive in a rapidly changing world
